By registering an account, connecting a flight simulator, or accessing controller software on the Clearance Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these guidelines, you must immediately disconnect from all network servers and cease using our community platforms.

These terms apply to all members, including virtual pilots, radar controllers, instructors, and network administrators. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time to maintain a safe and realistic simulated environment.

The Clearance Network strives to provide a highly realistic virtual aviation experience. To maintain the integrity of our airspace, all users must adhere to strict conduct guidelines:

• Maintain professional and courteous communication on all voice and text frequencies at all times.
• Do not transmit on active frequencies unless required for your current flight phase or controlling duties.
• Follow the instructions of online virtual air traffic controllers promptly and accurately. If unable to comply, state "unable" and request alternative routing.
• Abuse, harassment, or deliberate disruption of live traffic will result in immediate suspension of network privileges.

Providing air traffic control services on the network requires proper certification. Operating a virtual radar facility without the appropriate rating is strictly prohibited.

• Members must complete the designated training path and pass practical examinations to advance their controller ratings.
• Log on only to positions for which you are certified and authorized by the local facility administration.
• Use approved radar client software and ensure your sector files are up to date before connecting to the live network.

Clearance Network is a community-driven hobby platform intended strictly for flight simulation and entertainment purposes. We make no guarantees regarding server uptime, continuous network availability, or the preservation of flight plans and live traffic data.

Important Warning: The information, procedures, charts, and communications utilized on this network are for simulation only. Under no circumstances should any network resources, data, or procedures be used for real-world aviation, navigation, or flight planning.

Your participation on the network requires the collection and processing of certain data, including simulator connection details, IP addresses, and flight logs. The handling of this information is strictly governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you also acknowledge and consent to our data processing practices.
